How does the online course process work?

It’s simple. Just register and pay online with a credit card, and you’ll get instant access to your courses. 

 

Do I have to take the courses all in one sitting?

Not at all. You can take the courses at your own pace—even in short sessions. When you log back in, you’ll pick up right where you left off.

 

How many continuing education hours can I take in one day?

As many as you’d like. Florida doesn’t set a daily limit on CE hours, so you’re free to complete the courses at your own pace—even all in one day if you choose.

 

With online education, do I have to take a test?

Yes—each course includes a final exam with a passing score of 75%. But don’t worry, you’ll be ready. Quick quizzes at the end of each lesson help lock in what you’ve learned, so you can approach the final with confidence.

 

Can I retake the final exam if I fail?

Yes. You can retake the final exam as many times as needed to score 75% and pass.

 

Can I reach an instructor even if it’s after hours?

Yes. Karen Bohler knows real estate doesn’t run on a 9–5 schedule. You can call her from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week. 

 

Do I need to report my CE to the state?

No. Bohler Institute reports your course completion directly to the DBPR (Florida’s licensing authority). Just be sure to finish your courses with enough time for reporting before your license renewal deadline.
