​Already licensed in another state? Arizona's Out-of-State License Recognition pathway allows eligible applicants to qualify for the state licensing exam without completing the full Arizona Broker's prelicensing course.  Click here to see ADRE Out-of-State License Recognition information and a checklist of the items you will need to be eligible.

Out-of-State License Recognition (Broker) $290
Non-Credit Study Materials For Arizona Residents

Choose this option if you WILL BE an Arizona resident when you apply for your Broker's license. This option provides study materials only to help you prepare for the Out-of-State License Recognition Exam for Brokers. There are no course timers, and the school final exam is optional. No course credit or certificate of completion will be issued.

  • 27-Hour Arizona Regulations Online Course (Non- Credit)

  • 1500-Question Exam Prep (includes general concepts too!)

  • Arizona Broker Management Clinics 1, 2, and 3 (Required for licensure)
